The Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law and Policy will host a Business Law Breakfast on February 29th. The event will feature a presentation by Barrall Family Professor of Tax Law and Policy Kirk J. Stark, who will examine the tax proposals put forth by the leading presidential candidates in both parties.
