FISH is based at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is composed primarily of undergraduates passionate about promoting individual's well-being and preventative health to all people, free of charge.

Throughout the year, FISH regularly provides basic health services to underserved communities in Mexico. Our organization performs tasks such as measuring blood pressure and glucose levels, and administering reading glasses every other week to a provincial border colonia near Tijuana called Maclovio Rojas. During the summer, FISH travels to other countries around the world, including the Philippines, Honduras, and Romania to provide similar services.
