Law Commentator began as a small campus newsletter at Southwestern Law School. In 2012, it was re-envisioned to be a national outlet for law students to write on topics in which they are interested, and in the process build a name for themselves.
Law Commentator is neither censored nor approved in advance by the law school. Student editors develop editorial and news policies and determine coverage. Editorial opinions and views expressed in Law Commentator are those of the respective writers and do not necessarily reflect those of the law school, its faculty, or the student body.
