At Universities across the nation, students are looking for a space to meet a diverse, determined, and empathetic network. Students want a safe space to talk but also to affect change in their communities.Motivate & Empower was founded by students who felt the same way and now strives every day to create and cultivate positive leadership nationwide through passionate college students. Our mission is three-fold:
1) to create a safe space for controversial and productive social issue discussions
2) to schedule a motivational speaker series in which speakers talk about those social issues.
3) to establish a mentorship program that empowers the community through one-to-one attention and support.
This mission has spread to nearly 200 students at 16 schools around the nation and we hope you will identify with this mission as well and take up an opportunity to affect great change in your communities with a network of people to support you!
