Winter 2016 // WEEK 3

Hello innergizers!

This week, Dr. Atousa Mahdavi will be leading us in a Isha Hata Yoga practice, a system of yoga that emphasizes the inward experience, something completely missing from much yoga practice in the Western world. Isha Hata Yoga represents the ancient, classical yoga of self-transformation and consciousness elevation. This is probably going to be deliciously mystical.

These videos provide an introduction to Dr. Atousa:

Join us in transforming consciousness on Wednesday January 20th from 3:10-4:50pm in Ackerman Union Room 2412.

With love and light,
Tim
