CREA creates opportunities for Chapman students to develop real estate specific knowledge, job skills, and professional relationships.
The Chapman Real Estate Association (CREA) exists to promote, educate and inspire young real estate investors at Chapman to succeed and provide them with the resources to do so. We work closely with the C. Larry Hoag Center for Real Estate and Finance to organize opportunities for association members to intermingle and gain knowledge from well-known industry leaders. CREA encourages student awareness about the real estate field through speaker series, visits to real estate firms and on-site developments, access to real estate professionals in Orange County, and participation in real estate case competitions. It provides Chapman students with job and internship opportunities to more easily pursue professional occupations in the real estate industry.
