A funding council for the students and clubs in the College of Communications at Cal State Fullerton.
SOAR-CICC is comprised of elected representatives from Communication clubs on campus, Members-at-Large, ASI Representatives, a student Executive Board, and one Assistant Dean of Student Affairs Advisor. It is a council responsible for allocating funds appropriately to the organizations existing within the Communications college. It is an organization where students can build their resume, build their network and make every day of their college experience count.
