The Diamond Darlings of UC Irvine is a student-run organization that supports the UCI Baseball program through in-game promotions, on campus spirit, and community outreach throughout the academic year. We have a nationally recognized baseball program and have continued to improve year after year since its reinstatement in 2002.
Comprised of a group of ladies that share a love for baseball, our goal is to create local partnerships, cultivate fans, and ultimately raise support for nationally ranked UCI Baseball team. The Diamond Darlings organize tailgates, bake sales, and other on-campus events to boost school spirit among the students. Off-campus, the Darlings attend opening days for local Little Leagues, attend charity walks (such as Relay for Life), and participate in other various community events.
