As members of La Raza, our goal is to become better informed and educated on the concerns and needs of the Latin@ community. Therefore,we serve as a support group in the academic, social, cultural and political realms of the Latin@ population at Occidental College. Through the dedication to academic success, community ties and involvement, and life long commitment to increase social, political and cultural consciousness, we hope to educate ourselves and Occidental of the struggles of the Latin@ community.
