Leadership and Educational Advancement Program is a mentoring program for Emerson Middle school students.
LEAP was founded in 2009 by Hermanos Unidos and the Latin American Student Association at UCLA to provide a mentoring program for students at Ralph Waldo Emerson Middle School. Our focus is to motivate and empower students to attend higher education, think critically and to become leaders of their community.
