The Nigerian Students Association is a student group at UCLA aimed at increasing the awareness of its members about the Nigerian and West African Culture.
In the Fall of 2004, a group of dedicated Nigerian students (now successful alumni), who had a passion for sharing their heritage and culture, resurrected the organization.
Today, NSA has grown into an organization that is increasingly becoming recognized on the UCLA campus and within the community. We often participate in various events hosted by other organizations in an attempt to broaden the audience with whom we share our culture and heritage. Through educational workshops, cultural performances, and community service NSA seeks to show the breadth of the Nigerian Diaspora.
