Lead with Pride is a peer mentorship program for LGBTQ members at Occidental College. During the Spring 2014 Semester, LGBTQ students will will be trained on how to fill different capacities for mentees. During the 2014 Fall Semester, the mentors will use these resources to provide emotional, social, and academic support for Class of 2018 first year LGBTQ students.
