The purpose of Open your Heart is to show students a simple meditation based technique that will teach them how to relax, focus for longer periods of time in the classroom, and to make it easier for them to cope with work and school stressors. This meditation technique will make members better professionals, in helping them to feel more comfortable as individuals as well as in social situations. This will also help them to be able to network better with their professors, students and advisors.
