We're a student-run theater company that produces free Shakespeare plays for the UCLA community.
Following its disappearance in the spring of 2009, Shakespeare at UCLA was reinvented bit by bit over the next two quarters with a new found determination to honor the Bard and his followers with whimsical, inventive productions of his works.
Shakespeare at UCLA is the only all-Shakespeare on-campus theatre group, and is dedicated to bringing classical theatre to the UCLA community in a unique and accessible way. It typically puts on 2-3 productions per year and is open to all majors and all levels of acting, directing, and crew talent.
