Southwestern alumni have always been trailblazers and continue to have tremendous influence in the legal profession as well as the civic and business sectors.
The Southwestern Alumni Association includes more than 10,000 Southwestern graduates who are members of the legal profession throughout the United States and abroad. Every Southwestern graduate automatically becomes a member of the Alumni Association and no dues are required. The Alumni Association's Board of Directors coordinates a variety of programs and activities that encourage continuing alumni involvement with the law school and fellow graduates. Special groups within the Alumni Association include the Nickel Club (for alumni who have graduated within the past five years) and Southwestern's Entertainment and Intellectual Property Alumni Association (SWEIP).
