The IDEAL Leaders Association was established to develop ethical and constructive leaders for the future. We strive to help students elevate their public speaking, critical thinking, and team building skills. The three skills are so essential in any field of higher education.
To accomplish this end, we host weekly general meeting, where students have the opportunity to deliver impromptu speech in front of other students, engage in the thought-provoking Socratic Program, and work hand and hand with other students in organizing events.
