Trojan Consulting Group (TCG) provides in-depth management consulting by solving challenging, real-world business problems for local non-profit institutions. The content of these projects ranges from market expansion to organizational development to project analysis. Generally, TCG’s projects extend over a ten-week period, culminating in both a comprehensive deliverable and a presentation of recommendations.
Over the years, TCG has worked on projects dedicated to improving low-income housing, foster youth care, public education, and technological assistance for the underprivileged.
Former clients include Goodwill, Los Angeles Unified School District, The Rotary Club, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Shelter Partnership, and several others.
