UCLA Taara is UCLA's newest South Asian Classical Dance group. We are comprised and run entirely by Undergraduate students who have trained in either Bharatanatyam, Odissi or Kathak for over 10 years. Our mission is to preserve the rich legacy of the South Asian classical dance forms and spread awareness about South Asian culture and heritage through the performing arts.
