Like the Native Americans and Explorers before us, ingenuity allows us to experience all types of nature. In this introductory weekend to snowshoeing and camping we’ll brave freezing temps to discover and enjoy a winter wonderland. After learning technical skills and safe practices we’ll spend most of the time sledding, having snowball fights, building snow shelters, and constructing snowmen and sipping on hot coco until the stars come out. Be prepared for the challenges and rewards of living a Sierra Winter during this snow camping expedition.
