Ready to audition for IN THE HEIGHTS and OKLAHOMA!?

Winter Rep auditions are just around the corner and we've got your one-stop-shop for all your audition needs! This workshop, created and hosted by HOOLIGAN's Education and Casting departments, is for anyone of any experience level who wants to learn more about how to audition for a HOOLIGAN show. Our goal is to prepare you to walk into the audition room with confidence!

We will divide this 2-hour workshop into two parts. In the first hour, we will cover the basic how-to's of HOOLIGAN auditions. You will learn how to sign up for audition times, what to bring with you, and how to prepare for the big day! We will also do some monologue preparation activities and some fun de-stress physical warm-ups with you. If you have a monologue in mind for your audition, please bring it in! In addition, members of the directing teams of In the Heights and Oklahoma! will drop by to talk a little bit about the shows.

In the second hour, we will hold (completely optional) mock auditions, where you will get the opportunity to practice auditioning in front of a panel of (completely friendly and not scary) HOOLIGAN staff members. Even if you don't have anything prepared, we invite you to stick around if you'd like to observe. You might learn something!
