This year we are introducing an application process to become a member of 3D4E. Applications are due this Sunday, January 17 at 11:59pm! You can apply at http://goo.gl/forms/EjQDXoE0lP
3D4E is USC's 3D Printing and Design club. Open to students of all disciplines, members of 3D4E will form teams and complete projects over the course of a semester. As a part of 3D4E, students will be taught to use 3D printers, and they will have access to printers and scanners, lessons in computer aided design (CAD) software, and advisement from industry experts. They will be a part of a community of driven and creative individuals who are working to explore the boundaries of 3D printing applications.
Last semester we had a variety of projects including: creating a scale model of USC’s campus, designing an original 3D printer, and making functional prosthetic hands for children in Los Angeles. Members will have the opportunity to design their own projects, work in teams, and the semester will culminate in a showcase where teams get to exhibit their completed works. Applications are due this Sunday, January 17 at 11:59 pm! If you have any questions, send us an email at 3D4E.USC@gmail.com
