What is PYED - Pilipinx Youth Empowerment Day?

PYED: Pilipinx Youth Empowerment Day is a conference created for high school and community college students that gives them the opportunity to learn and apply culturally relevant education. PYED aims to foster empowerment in both individual students and the greater community through the understanding of the Pilipinx identity and experience. Throughout this event, students will participate in workshops, activities, and discussions to build their consciousness within the Pilipinx community.
